About AL3000 Electromagnetic Float Level (Interface) Gauge

HollySys AL3000 Electromagnetic Float Level (Interface) Gauge is a product assembled using the original FIELDVUE DLC3100 intelligent level controller from Fisher Control Equipment, USA. When the liquid level rises or falls, the internal float's weight changes, causing the torque tube to produce angular displacement. The sensor component outputs a differential signal, which is amplified and converted into a 4 to 20 mA signal. This signal is directly proportional to the changes in the liquid level. The DLC3100 intelligent level controller, which uses HART communication protocol, allows access to crucial process operation data. With the HART communicator, users can query, configure, calibrate, or test the intelligent level meter. The HART protocol also enables the download of field data to the control system or the reception of information for individual loops.
