Ethiopia Kense Sugar Mill 2×25MW Power Plant
The project was commissioned in June 2015 in the Afar Region of Ethiopia. HollySys supplied DCS, DEH, ETS, field instrumentation and other control systems for the 2×25MW bagasse cogeneration power plant. It laid the foundation for future growth in both the African market and the sugar industry.

Vietnam Laojie 200KTA Copper Smelting Project
HollySys participated in the Vietnam Laojie 200KTA Copper Smelting Project expansion, and supplied DCS system equipment and commissioning guidance. The DCS equipment was delivered in February 2020, on-site commissioning was finished in March 2021, and the project was accepted in November 2021. The project included four main parts: Smelting Plant Control, Sulfuric Acid Control, Electrolysis Workshop Control, and Oxygen Production Workshop. These parts had multiple sub-configurations, with DCS systems for each sub-item communicating through single-mode optical fiber.

Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL)
On May 29, 2014, HollySys and the Land Transport Authority of Singapore officially signed a contract of Integrated Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) project for Singapore TEL . HollySys provided them with a SCADA software platform and PLC products, as well as undertaking the design, development, transportation, installation, testing, and delivery of the integrated supervisory control system.

Balingian 2X300MW Unit Optimization Project
HollySys utilized the HollySys APC system to perform combustion optimization on two CFB boilers at the Bahrain Jizan Power Station in Malaysia. This ultimately resulted in the boilers operating economically, safely, and automatically while improving the precision of process parameter control.
HINDUSTAN ZINC LIMITED (HZL) 160KTA Valuable Metal Zinc Residue Processing and Recycling Project
HollySys participated in the project in January 2018, supplying DCS control systems. This engagment represented a major step forward in HollySys's efforts to grow its presence in the Indian market.

It is a self-supply power plant for the renowned paper company, Double A, providing essential support for expanding production.
