The entire process is fully automated with our DCS control system, focusing on key control zones: smelting, slag selection, sulfuric acid production, and anode slime recovery.

  Our solution encompasses electrolyte preparation, raw foil manufacturing, surface treatment, and cutting for copper foil production. The entire plant adopts an integrated design, with centralized monitoring using the HollySys DCS control system throughout all stages.
