HollySys Selected to Deliver Plant-Wide Control Solution for Hengyang Green Salt-Alkali Industrial Base

Recently, HollySys has been awarded the control system contract for the Hengyang Green Salt-Alkali Industrial Base Project, one of China's largest integrated salt chemical complexes.

The project encompasses approximately 50,000 I/Os and features production capacities of 800 KTA combined soda ash, 600 KTA synthetic ammonia, 500 KTA urea, and 1.5 MTA integrated salt-nitrate, alongside auxiliary facilities including 3 × 350 t/h high-temperature and high-pressure cogeneration units, utilities, and storage and logistics infrastructure.

Under the contract, HollySys will provide a plant-wide Distributed Control System (DCS) solution to ensure efficient and reliable process control. The contract further underscores HollySys' proven expertise in large-scale salt chemical industries and sets a new benchmark for control system applications in mega-scale integrated chemical projects.
