Recently, HollySys has been awarded the control system contract for the Hengyang Green Salt-Alkali Industrial Base Project, one of China's largest integrated salt chemical complexes.

Recently, HollySys has secured the control system contract for Xinjiang Qiya's 1.6 MTA Silicone Project. As the world's largest single-site silicone production project and a national key chemical engineering initiative, it features a control system comprising approximately 50,000 I/Os.

Recently, HollySys OCS passed a 90-day comprehensive validation under extreme cold conditions at the Mohe Test Station. Located in China’s northernmost region, the Mohe area experiences historical minimum temperatures of -53°C, with more than 60 days annually below -40°C. Beyond low-temperature stress, the local environment poses multiple concurrent challenges, such as cable hardening, condensation risks due to snow and ice, and electrostatic discharge from dry winds, providing a highly demanding environment for industrial control equipment. Under the supervision of an independent third-party authority, the validation covered the full OCS product portfolio, with more than one million operational data records collected and analyzed to verify the system’s reliability and operational performance under extreme cold conditions.

Recently, HollySys' PLC & Drive Integrated Control Solution was successfully deployed in the Yiwu Geely Welding Island Project in China, marking a new milestone in automotive manufacturing automation. Applied in stamping and welding processes, the solution delivers outstanding stability, precision, and reliability in high-speed and high-precision production environments, providing a comprehensive automation architecture covering controllers, communication networks, and execution units.
