About SBWR/SBWZ Integrated Temperature Transmitter
HollySys SBWR/SBWZ integrated temperature transmitter is a combination of a thermocouple (TC) or resistance temperature detector (RTD) with an integrated temperature transmitter module. This system comprises both the temperature sensing element and the associated transmitter. The temperature transmitter is housed within the junction box (case) of the temperature sensor, enabling it to directly convert the resistance or voltage signal detected by the sensor into a corresponding 4 to 20mA or 4 to 20mA + HART analog signal that represents the measured temperature. This device serves as an integrated field installation transmission unit for temperature measurement instruments and finds extensive application across various industries, including petroleum, chemical processing, metallurgy, electric power generation, food production, pharmaceuticals, and other scientific research fields. The integrated temperature transmitters are available in two types: standard type and explosion-proof type. In environments where there are no explosion-proof requirements, users should opt for the standard type; however, when flammable or explosive substances may be present during installation or operation, it is imperative to select an explosion-proof integrated temperature transmitter. Furthermore, it is essential that the ambient installation environment remains within a specified range of -25°C to 85°C. Users should also choose appropriate measurement ranges and accuracy levels based on their specific measurement needs.
