Deepening Global Footprint, Charting New Chapters of Collaboration — HollySys Group Chairman Xu Yue Visits Durban Project Office in South Africa

On 29 August 2025, Durban, Mr. Xu Yue, Chairman and Co-President of HollySys Group, accompanied by Ms. Amy Hu, Vice President of HollySys Rail, and Alex Pan, Senior Project Manager of the HollySys South African subsidiary, visited the new offices of the Durban Project Department, the consortium's PMO (Project Management Office), and the laboratory in South Africa.

During the discussion session, both Chinese and local staff shared their experiences working at HollySys. Local employees recounted their personal growth and achievements, expressing gratitude for the company's open and inclusive atmosphere alongside its pragmatic management culture. They affirmed that beyond gaining professional expertise, they had found a genuine sense of belonging within the organization. Chinese staff members, meanwhile, highlighted the invaluable learning and development opportunity presented by collaborating closely with local colleagues. This partnership enabled them to integrate mature domestic expertise with the specific requirements of the African market.

Concluding the visit, Xu Yue extended early Mid-Autumn Festival greetings to staff and presented mooncakes symbolising togetherness and prosperity. This warm and substantive exchange not only strengthened team cohesion but also demonstrated HollySys' dual-engine approach of 'technology + talent' in its globalisation journey, heralding boundless potential in Southern Africa and beyond.
