    HollySys (Asia Pacific) Pte. Ltd. (HAP) Signs ISCS Contract with Singapore LTA for TEL Extension

On July 29, 2025, in Singapore, HollySys (Asia Pacific) Pte. Ltd. (HAP) and Singapore's Land Transport Authority (LTA) officially signed the contract for the Integrated Supervisory Control System (ISCS) of the Thomson-East Coast Line Extension (TELe). Following successful collaboration on the first four stages of the Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL), the latest agreement marks a new chapter in the longstanding partnership.

The awarded project connects directly to Singapore Changi Airport, one of the world's busiest aviation hubs. With HollySys' advanced systems, the project will enhance transport efficiency and deliver a smoother, smarter travel experience for global passengers.

The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Yee Boon Cheow, Deputy Chief Executive of Infrastructure and Development at LTA; Mr. Chia Choon Poh, Group Director Rail (E&M); Mr. Yan Pei, Assistant Co-President of HollySys Group and COO of HAP, as well as project team representatives from both sides.

Signing Ceremony for TEL Extension ISCS Project

The newly built TEL extension (from Changi Airport Station to Sungei Bedok Station) will seamlessly connect to the Changi Airport, while the East-West Line (from Tanah Merah Station to Changi Airport Station) is included as an upgrade segment under the project. The integration of TEL extension, East-West Line, and existing TEL will significantly strengthen Singapore's role as a global transport hub and enhance regional connectivity.

TEL Route Alignment

TEL Route AlignmentAs the ISCS supplier of the project, HollySys will provide the system for the newly-built TELe and replace the existing system on East-West Line. Once completed, all segments will operate under a unified platform, integrated with the TEL phases previously delivered by HollySys. HollySys' ISCS will deeply integrate core subsystems including power supply, signaling, and communications, as well as auxiliary systems including environment control, fire safety, and elevators, supporting efficient and coordinated operations across the full line.

LTA’s renewed partnership with HollySys builds on the trust and successful collaboration established during the first four stages of the TEL. This milestone project marks a significant breakthrough for HollySys, also makes it the first company to replace an existing ISCS on Singapore's rail network, highlighting Its strong technological strength and global competitiveness. Looking ahead, HollySys will continue working with LTA to support Singapore's vision of a world-class integrated transport network, while advancing its technological innovation and service capabilities to drive the intelligent transformation of rail systems and contribute to smarter, more modern transportation infrastructure worldwide.
