On December 20, 2024, the "China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan Railway Talent Training Base – Silk Road High-Speed Rail Workshop" was inaugurated at Tashkent State Transport University in Uzbekistan. The ceremony was attended by officials from Uzbekistan's Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation, representatives from Tashkent State Transport University, and key stakeholders from Chinese-invested enterprises operating in Uzbekistan.

The highly anticipated 14th International Trade Fair for Transport Technology (InnoTrans 2024) was held at Messegelände Berlin from September 24 to 27, 2024 (Berlin time).
