From 25 to 30 November, the International Railway Safety Council 2025 (IRSC 2025) will convene at The Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, jointly organised by the National Railway Administration, the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, and MTR Corporation Limited.

As an annual international conference, the International Railway Safety Council (IRSC) brings together railway safety professionals from around the global to exchange industry insights, share lessons learned in railway safety, and address critical safety challenges. Attendees—railway safety experts from diverse backgrounds—will present thought-provoking and challenging perspectives, offering invaluable insights to all participants. IRSC 2025, themed ‘Advancing Railway Safety through Innovation and Collaboration’, will focus on topics including high-speed railway risk control and management, safety culture, and innovative technologies. HollySys Rail has been invited to attend this conference, where it will engage in in-depth exchanges with global industry experts, share safety-centric innovation practices, and jointly advance the continuous improvement of railway safety standards.
