Unveiling of HiaGuard MAX at the Expo for Industrial Safety Excellence

The centerpiece of HollySys' showcase was the launch of HiaGuard MAX, a high-availability safety Instrumented Control System (SIS) that integrates both functional safety and cybersecurity. Engineered to provide end-to-end lifecycle protection for critical infrastructure, the system addresses long-standing safety challenges in industrial production and sets new standards for secure, reliable operations.

XMagital® Intelligent Systems and APL-Based Advanced Solutions

Beyond the unveiling of HiaGuard MAX, HollySys highlighted its XMagital® Intelligent System, which leverages AI to support five key application clusters: Production Operations Control (POC), Production Planning and Scheduling (PPS), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management (QHSE), and Business Decision Management (BDM). HollySys also introduced solutions based on APL technology for fully digitalized process control, along with its latest intelligent field instruments: the AR2000 Radar Level Transmitter and the APV500 Nozzle-Flapper Type Intelligent Valve Positioner, both designed to meet the demanding requirements of the petrochemical sector.
