Product Description

HiaGuard Safety Instrumented System, developed by HollySys Group, is a pioneering safety instrumented system in industrial automation safety. It holds the distinction of being China's first safety instrumented system with full intellectual property rights and received certification from TÜV (Rheinland Industrie Service GmbH) in 2012.

Compliant with IEC61508 standards, HiaGuard is classified as a programmable electronic system (PES), meeting SC3 (system capability level) and SIL3 (hardware safety integrity level) requirements. It is designed for safety-related applications in low operating modes up to SIL3, providing robust protection in the industrial automation safety sector.

Employing a 2 out of 3 architecture with diagnostics (2oo3D), the HiaGuard system is suitable for various systems, including SIS, FGS, BMS, ETS, PSD, and GDS, ensuring a strong and reliable safety solution.
