Overview

The company operates two polymerization production lines, twelve spinning production lines, and twelve tops production lines, serving various sectors including blankets, clothing, toys, outdoor products, and industrial flame-retardant materials. However, challenges arose due to the diverse product range, demand variability, and small-batch production, leading to heavy manual scheduling workloads and low efficiency. Additionally, the company faced growing security threats and challenges in its industrial control and information systems.

Solutions

We developed a customized spinning production management module that seamlessly integrates with the ERP system, ensuring a closed-loop process from orders to scheduling, execution, and feedback. By implementing dispatching, energy management, quality, and equipment functions, our system optimized business processes and improved management efficiency. We also provided unified planning and design for information security.

Results

Since the successful implementation of the project, we have enabled clients to streamline data flow and business processes, resulting in improved production scheduling and shortened manufacturing cycles. Concurrently, we strengthened systems against cyber threats, ensuring security across host terminals, network communication, boundary security, applications, and data.
