Overview

The company faced various challenges in its production operations, particularly in handling multiple product varieties and small batch production, which led to significant manual scheduling efforts and low production efficiency. Additionally, the lack of systematic and standardized management methods in the factory area required comprehensive upgrades.

HollySys provided tailored solutions to enhance the overall automation level and upgrade the infrastructure of Yinbao' production lines. These solutions addressed the heavy workload of quality inspection processes, enabling online and automated quality inspections. We also tackled issues related to critical equipment data control and collection, supporting precision production management. Through the application of digital and information technology, the project achieved online, automated statistical analysis, reducing the workload of staff significantly.

Results

Since the project's implementation, the production efficiency has increased by 18.3%, while labor force has decreased by 43.18%. Furthermore, production and operational costs have been reduced by 11.5%, and material utilization rate has improved. Energy consumption has decreased notably, with output energy consumption dropped by 25.44% compared to pre-transformation level.
