Solutions

HollySys utilized advanced control technologies including big data analysis, predictive control, adaptive control, artificial intelligence control, fuzzy control, automatic optimization, feedback correction, and soft measurement to optimize automatic control of the incinerators' flue gas purification system. This elevated the system's automatic control capacity, bolstered interference resistance, ensured stable control of crucial processes and environmental metrics, and guaranteed safe, stable, and cost-effective operation.

Results

Post-transformation, the system's control over operational parameters far surpassed manual adjustments, ensuring operational parameter and environmental indicator stability effectively. Processes and equipment operated steadily, achieving an automatic startup rate exceeding 95%. Per-unit consumption of environmental protection materials decreased by 10%, while operational staff's labor intensity decreased by 70%.
