Xinjiang Kashgar Aodu Sugar Industry Co., Ltd. 200 KTA Sugar Beet DCS and Instrumentation Project

Overview 

This project is located in Jiashi County, Kashgar City, Xinjiang. It is invested and constructed by Kashi Outdo Industrial Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 795 million RMB and an annual sugar production of 200,000 tons. Its control process demands exceptional levels of system security, stability and reliability.

Solutions

The project adopted HollySys' HOLLiAS MACS-K DCS system platform for centralized monitoring of the entire plant and integrated electrical instrumentation equipment. With nearly 10,000 hardwired control points and nearly 1,000 instruments, the system comprised of 8 sets of DCS control stations, 10 sets of operator and engineer stations, and 18 sets of cabinets.

Results

After implementation of the project, the outcome was satisfactory. The system was stable and met all the requirements of the project, we received high praise from the customer.
