Overview

The company planned to invest a total of RMB 1 billion for expansion, constructing a 400 KTA  starch production line and associated facilities, adding 32,371 square meters of new construction area. The client has high requirements for the safety, stability, and reliability of the control system.

Results

Upon project completion, we addressed the client's varied control needs across the production process, ensuring stable operation and precise control. This resulted in a significant decrease in power, steam, water, and resource consumption, ultimately boosting energy efficiency. We meticulously gathered, balanced, and statistically analyzed data on water, power, steam, and wind production and consumption. Additionally, the project advanced energy conservation, green production, and energy management practices. By harnessing systematic data to strengthen the PDCA approach in energy management, we consistently enhanced factory energy efficiency through inspection, assessment, and incentivization.
