Sichuan Huawei Fiberglass Co., Ltd. 500 t/d Fiberglass Production Line Project

Overview

This project utilized the fiberglass tank furnace wire drawing process, also known as the one-step forming process, to produce various specifications of fiberglass. The client hoped to enhance process control stability while requiring solutions of intelligence and informatization to boost plant yield, improve product quality, and reduce input costs.

Solutions

HollySys provided a comprehensive solution, with the main control system using MACS-K series controllers to manage and control the entire production process, achieving full-process automation of the tank furnace process. The project implemented bus communication and Ethernet communication to establish a digital information transmission network, breaking down information silos and integrating production and management information, significantly improved production and management efficiency.

Results

The project's implementation greatly increased Huawei Group's fiberglass production capacity and performed exceptionally well. Additionally, subsequent environmental platforms also adopted HollySys' solutions, meeting international emission standards.
