Overvew

In 2022, Sinopec Qilu Petrochemical Company upgraded its system to HollySys systems. The MES systm, environmental protection system, and safety inspection systems required the collection and upload of data from the DCS to enable real-time monitoring of production data and timely reporting of environmental protection and safety inspection data to municipal authorities.

Solutions

HollySys offered a complete solution, adding a communication station and using ICOMM software to collect historical data from HollySys DCS and GDS systems. This data is then uploaded to the relevant departments using the OPC-DA protocol.

Results

The project has been successfully implemented, achieving the upload of production, environmental protection, and safety inspection data for the client. The communication data remains stable, meeting all client requirements.
