Bangladesh Rampal Phase I Ultra Supercritical Power Plant (2×660MW) Simulation Project

Overview 

This is Bangladesh's largest coal plant. However, the lack of operation expertise and experience led to inefficiencies and safety concerns. 50% of non-stop incidents onsite were caused by human errors. Therefore, an accurate simulation system for training was necessary.

Solutions

Using translation conversion techniques, HollySys simulated the on-site  control system, providing a wide range of simulation systems for boilers, turbines, electrical systems, controls, and chemical water treatment. Our integrated training system seamlessly combined DCS communication architecture, process flow modeling, configuration methods, and accident simulation training to meet the training needs of Bangladeshi engineers.

Results

We've conducted training for over 1,000 individuals, empowering clients with 30 sets of standardized process procedures and effective training management. Clients were deeply impressed by our dedication to excellence in training and operational support.
