On April 24, 2022, Beijing HollySys Co., Ltd. (“HollySys”) and China Railway Siyuan Survey and Design Group Co., Ltd. (“China Railway Siyuan”) organized the “Cloud-Edge-End Collaborative Architecture-based Multi-disciplinary Intelligent O M Research” interim review meeting in Beijing, with an expert group of 13 experts from Beijing, Tianjin, Xi’an, Chengdu and elsewhere taking part offline and online in the review. Managers and representatives from institutions such as HollySys and China Railway Siyuan also attended the meeting, at which the experts reviewed and listened to the interim research report of the aforementioned project, and, after questions and discussion, fully affirmed its research results and expressed review opinions. The experts believed that the research report fulfilled the requirements of the interim review, since the research group had conducted sufficient research on the standardization of multi-disciplinary intelligent operations and maintenance (O M) requirements, and on cloud computing, edge computing and end device (cloud-edge-end) collaborative architecture design of sufficient detail, following a reasonable technological route.
According to the expert reviewers, the research group had analyzed the smart solutions of urban rail transit companies’ in many cities, of the China Association of Metros (CAMET) and of other relevant parties to refine cloud-edge-end development systems. Along with smart metro projects in Beijing, Shenzhen, and other cities, in which HollySys had participated, the research group had organized a detailed categorization of cloud-edge-end development functions and data collaboration content based on specialization and equipment. The research group also collated fault prediction and health management functions, value analysis, and data interfaces for key equipment. Based on the Industrial Internet’s concept of integrated automation, the research group had created an edge computing-based integrated intelligent O M solution.
