The MC1000 series motion controller is a high-performance multi-functional motion controller developed by HollySys. It combines advanced control and information technology to provide high-speed, high-precision multi-axis control. It has a maximum of 64 axes and controllability of 16 axes/ms. The MC1000 series offers directly connected drive interfaces, encoder interfaces, and real-time Ethernet interfaces, such as EtherCAT, RTEX, Powerlink, etc. It comes with a rich library of easy-to-use motion control algorithms to support secondary development. Its configuration development environment is in line with IEC61131-3 standards. MC1000 is designed for motion control applications for industrial equipment such as CNC machine tools, industrial robots, construction machinery, woodworking machinery, semiconductor equipment, textiles, logistics, and so on.
The controller adopts dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 CPU, 667M main frequency; operation employs 64-bit double-precision floating-point number to ensure accuracy.
The controller servo cycle is 0.125–8ms (configurable).
