The controller conforms to IEC 61508 international standards and has obtained the SIL2 functional safety certificate issued by TÜV of Germany. It supports dual-rack or single-rack redundancy mode and uses dual-channel gigabit optical fiber between dual racks for the real-time synchronization of main and standby processors. The system supports multiple self-diagnosis modes and automatically switches to a standby processor without disturbance upon discovery of a fault in the main processor to guarantee an uninterrupted production process.
The system has passed the Achilles Level 2 test for information security and meets the national network security level protection requirements. It can provide main control units and network units with trusted computing technology via encrypted communication using national secret algorithms.

The system supports cross-regional network remote deployment. The number of local IO units, extended IO units and remote IO units can reach 120 groups, and the maximum number of IO channels per IO unit group can reach 128 channels, while the total number of IO channels within the entire system can reach 15,360 points.
