In 2002, Sitong Motor Development Company entered a cooperation with Beijing HollySys Electric Motor Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Beijing HollySys Electric Motor Co., Ltd. At the same time, all of HollySys Group's R&D achievements in the field of numerical control (CNC) and communications were fully transferred. The company currently employs 120 persons, including five holding doctorates (three post-doctorates) and 12 holding master's degrees; 80% of the rest of the employees hold bachelor's or technical college degrees.
