Urban rail work safety system carried by the industrial Internet platform successfully launched

On October 30, 2022, HollySys's independently developed urban rail work safety system carried by the industrial Internet platform successfully rolled out for application on Beijing Subway Line 19, under the coordination and supervision of relevant leaders from Beijing Metro Construction Administration Corporation Limited and Beijing Metro Operation Administration Corporation Limited.

As a pilot project for application approved by the National Development and Reform Commission, the intelligent urban rail integrated management and control system (TIOS) at the operation control center of Beijing Subway Line 19 features containerized deployment of the service applications under the work safety system in the urban rail industry for the first time. This system not only improves the overall resource utilization rate, but also enables the rapid deployment and upgrade of service applications under deficient "window" conditions after train operation is closed at night, providing a strong guarantee for normal operation on the following day. In addition, the big data platform enables access to the production data of all business systems through unified standard protocols and more than 100 equipment models and accommodates unified standard interfaces to facilitate data sharing. As a solution to address the challenges associated with of information isolated islands and complicated interfaces in traditional construction modes, this system plays a great role in reducing the difficulty of interface commissioning and shortening the construction period.

The successful launch of the TIOS system at the OCC of Beijing Subway Line 19 marks the first successful application of HollySys's work safety system carried by the industrial Internet platform as a part of its series of smart products for urban rail transit. This innovative system paves the way for an economical, reliable, and reasonable approach to the construction of smart urban rail transit systems in various regions, as a diver to promote the construction of smart urban rail transit and a stimulator for the development of green urban rail transit.
